In October 2011 Sarah Ronald announced that from January 2012 Bunnyfoot Scotland was to rebrand as Nile. 

The direction of usability testing and experience design has evolved greatly in 2011 and this rebrand and management restructuring comes from the decision to promote Service Design principles at the core of our Experience Design business.

While service design is relatively new within the Scottish Marketplace, it's an established practice, alongside experience design principles it enables us to go beyond interface design and into multi-channel customer experience.

Nile has retained 100% of the Bunnyfoot Scotland staff and has recruited and restructed new client teams into service and experience designers focused on a holistic brand picture accross multi-channel customer experiences.
